​Our practice will provide you with a superbill, which includes all the information and codes you need to submit a claim for reimbursement to your insurance company. This allows you to receive reimbursement directly, often more quickly than through third-party services. We encourage you to contact your insurance company to inquire about your benefits and estimate how much you may be reimbursed. In many cases, clients receive up to 80% of their expenses back. Just give us a call, and we’ll be glad to assist. If you are using out-of-network benefits, we ask that you pay for each point of service.

We are in-network with Medicare. Gerry Brady, LCSW and Victoria Smith-Hardesty, LCSW are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS).
